AOC Champagne / Grape varieties: pinot noir (60%), chardonnay (25%), pinot meunier (15%)
A great champagne from an extraordinary vintner. Dry with a golden colour and very fine bubbles. The nose has ripe fruit and spicy aromas, with hints of roasted apples and peaches. The mouth is balanced, mineral with distinctive hints of fruit and a delicately toast finish.
Recommended for: aperitif, fish, sushi, seafood, shrimp, langouste, lobster, white meat, ham, parmesan.
