Thank you for your participation in the next meeting of Masterclass – Art of Conversation series, which was held in Krakow for the very first time. Fiorentina Restaurant on May 1, 2019 had the pleasure of hosting a unique duet – Małgorzata Domagalik and Allan Starski, who led the evening with several dozen guests.

Allan Starski is the author of film and theater scenography for example of “Panny z Wilka”, “Pan Tadeusz” and “Man of Marble” directed by Andrzej Wajda. Starski has won many awards – Oscar for the set design for Steven Spielberg’s “Schindler’s List” and Caesar for Roman Polański’s “Pianist”.

The meeting began with a piano recital in our garden. Our guests had the opportunity to enjoy dishes from the menu especially prepared for the occasion by Chef of the Fiorentina Restaurant – Robert Koczwara. The basis for the dishes were local products of the highest quality. The whole menu referred to the best traditions of Polish cuisine.

Wine for supper was provided by the Endorwin company. During the evening, we were also accompanied by The Singleton brand, whose fine whiskey was the basis for cocktails designed especially for the meeting at the Fiorentina Restaurant. A carefully selected menu, unique spirits, beautiful interiors of Fiorentina and masterful conduct – all this contributed to the special atmosphere of the evening, which our guests will surely remember for a long time.
