On May 20-26 in Fiorentina, we invite you to taste the special menu during Veuve Clicquot Yellow Foodie Week. The project is initiated by the Veuve Clicquot champagne brand in cooperation with Justyna Adamczyk, Editor-in-Chief of Gault & Millau Polska. The main goal of the project is to present the idea of food-pairing with champagne. The main idea of the event is “It is all about ̶f̶o̶o̶d̶-̶p̶a̶i̶r̶i̶n̶g̶ fun-pairing!”.
The dishes will take beautiful colors, and the unique combination of flavors will surprise even those who visit restaurants a lot. The project was joined by 18 creative Chefs from the best restaurants in Poland. Fiorentina Restaurant is of course also included along with the Chef Robert Koczwara. He has prepared a special 3-course menu that goes perfectly with Veuve Clicquot champagne: Yellow Label Brut, Rosé, Demi-Sec and Vintage 2008.
