In our menu you will find dishes based on fresh, unprocessed, preservative-free local ingredients. These dishes are served in modern arrangements, subtle combinations of flavours. The dishes are prepared with the utmost care, with full attention to detail and ingredients served in several ways during one culinary experience.

One of our specialties is seasoned beef, prepared on a charcoal grill. We serve a unique Florentine steak, and the secret of Bistecca alla fiorentina is in its quality and the unique way of cutting the meat.

We rely on the best local ingredients. Our menu changes with the arrival of the seasons – we love Polish products – the highest quality, seasoned products, from which we can extract the essence of their flavours. The menu is based on fresh, unprocessed products, without preservatives, colorants and enhancers.
